Ms. Likeleli Kapa is an educator, literary editor, and eBook publisher. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She is currently undertaking professional development courses in Research Communication at the Leaders of Africa Institute, Indigenous Peoples’ Rights through the United Nations (UN), and Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) at the World TESOL Academy.
She is an AFRIAK Research Fellow, currently conducting research titled “A Comparative Analysis of Indigenous Pedagogies and Western Educational Models: Bridging Intellectual Gaps in African Curriculum Development.” Her research focuses on integrating indigenous knowledge systems into contemporary African education frameworks.
Likeleli is the co-founder of Blissful Words Publishing (Pty) Ltd, an eBook publishing company that publishes and distributes digital books globally. She has extensive teaching experience in both online and offline learning environments.
As an author, she has published four fiction books: Poems from My Heart, The Product of a Polygamous Setup, The Refugee Camp, and Re-United Twins and Other Stories, the latter co-authored with writers from Southern, Central, and East Africa. She has edited more that twenty manuscripts of Authors around the world.
In her professional work as a social worker, Likeleli has served as a youth counsellor, HIV/AIDS counsellor, and community development worker, with a strong commitment to social justice, education, and community empowerment.
